Developing emotional intelligence (EQ) takes a lot of time, but it causes long term behavioral change, improving our relationship with ourselves and others.

The following four main components of emotional intelligence and their components are assessed during the EQ assessment:

  • Self-knowledge
  • Self-management
  • Knowledge of people and organization
  • Relationship management

In practice, the survey is done by giving you a series of questions about yourself, which you fill out and at least five other people besides you who know your emotional behaviour as well. Who knows what you're like when you're nervous, who has seen you really happy and sees how you treat others. It's best if the survey is really 360 degrees and you get an assessment from someone at the same level as you, as well as from your subordinate or manager. The respondents can also be your former colleagues. 

All feedback comes to me, so the survey remains anonymous of course. The result will be a graph where you can see the summary of ratings along the individual components of EQ.

After that, we discuss the results in a personal or online coaching session, see where there are gaps between your evaluation and the evaluation of others, and discuss the potential reasons. 

Then we select which competencies you might want to improve on, or which situations you would like to pay more attention to in the future. We prepare an EQ action plan for these competencies, which we incorporate into the coaching process.

The fee for the 360-degree emotional intelligence assessment is HUF 30,000, which includes:

  • Summarizing the completed questionnaires and creating a graph, which I will send you by e-mail
  • Personal or online coaching session (which takes at least 60 minutes), during which we evaluate the result and create your individual EQ action plan
