Developing emotional intelligence (EQ) takes time, but it causes lasting behavioral change, improving our relationships with ourselves and others.

The following four main components of emotional intelligence and their components are thoroughly assessed during the EQ assessment:
- Self-knowledge
- Self-management
- Knowledge of people and organization
- Relationship management
In practice, the survey is done by giving you a series of questions from me, which you fill out about yourself and which are filled out by at least five other people who know your emotional expressions well. Someone who knows what you are like when you are nervous, someone who has seen you really happy, and sees how you treat others. It is best if the survey is truly 360 degrees and you get an assessment from someone who works at the same level as you, as well as from your subordinate or manager. The people who fill it out can also be your former colleagues.
All feedback will be sent to me, so the survey will of course remain anonymous. The end result will be a graph where you can see the summaries of the ratings along each component of EQ.
Afterwards, within the framework of a personal or online coaching session, we will discuss the results, see where there are gaps between your assessment and the assessment of others, and discuss what the reason for this may be.
We then select which competencies you might want to develop or which situations you would like to pay more attention to in the future. We create an EQ action plan for these competencies, which we incorporate into the coaching process.
The fee for the 360-degree emotional intelligence assessment is 48,000 HUF, which includes:
- The summarization of the completed questionnaires and the creation of a graph, which I will send to you by email.
- As well as one personal or online coaching session (which takes a minimum of 60 minutes), during which we will verbally evaluate the results and formulate your individual EQ action plan.
